Guide to the recognition of academic achievements abroad (ERASMUS+)
The recognition of your academic achievements from an ERASMUS+ semester takes place after your return according to the following three steps:
Step 1:
Submit the Learning Agreement to the International Office.
Have your grades converted by the International Office.

Digital submission of the Learning Agreement and the conversion form with the already converted grades from the International Office to the International Affairs Officer to Prof. Dr. Michael Boecker.

2.step:
Review of the submitted documents by Prof. Dr. Michael Boecker.
Internal forwarding to Prof. Dr. Christine Graebsch (Chair of the Examination Board).
3rd step:
Prof. Dr. Christine Graebsch sends the grades to the Office for Student Affairs.
Information on recognized grades will be forwarded to students by e-mail from Prof. Dr. Graebsch.
After receiving the e-mail, please submit the Learning Agreement + grade conversion + original documents to the Office for Student Affairs. The grades will be entered.
