Information

In September 2024, the City of Dortmund took over the project management of the international EU-funded project "Turn the Tables: Towards (TTT) a just, green, and innovative food procurement". The aim of the project is to promote sustainable food procurement with the quality characteristics of organic, fair trade, regional, seasonal and plant-based in the partner countries.

In her presentation, Laura Heiduk will provide insights into the project and show ways in which students and anyone interested can get involved. Laura Heiduk is TTT project coordinator at the City of Dortmund and was previously employed by the city as coordinator for the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The event is part of the FH "Forum" course in the Master's degree program in Social Sustainability and Demographic Change. However, it is open to all interested parties.
