Symposium: Barrier-free teaching and learning

Information

The important topic of accessibility at universities is the focus of a public symposium to look at it from different angles.

The event entitled "Barrier-free teaching and learning" on Wednesday, 7 May 2025, is being organized by Fachhochschule Dortmund in cooperation with its partner university UAS Technikum Wien. Employees from the Faculties of Applied Social Studies and Information Technology, from the Ruhr Master School and from the Institute for Higher Education Didactics "Institute for Higher Education Didactics" will be involved in the program.

All interested parties are invited to the symposium and can attend free of charge after registering - either on site or online. We recommend attending in person so that you can also try out the "experience area", where, for example, visual and walking impairments can be simulated.
