Information
On March 29 and 30, 2025, the DASA Working World exhibition will once again be transformed into a creative ideas laboratory in a class of its own. The Fachhochschule Dortmund will also be there on both days and invites you to take part in artistic making.
The team from the "FabLab", the maker space at Fachhochschule Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, will allow visitors to get hands-on and experience technology up close in the DASA steel hall. Anyone who wants to can design their own cotton bags, create individual motifs at a foil plotting station and finish the textiles with a transfer press. You can also print your own shirts.
In addition, personal name badges with your own design can be created using laser cutting. The "FabLab" team engraves the unique items live from wood - ready to take away. Small giveaways for visitors will also be created on several 3D printers.
