Vacation workshop: robotics, extended reality and AI

Fast facts

Information

What's it all about?
In this workshop, students learn about the world of collaborative robotics. They experience how modern technologies are shaping industry, medicine and research. Together with students from the Faculty of Information Technology, they work directly on an arm robot and a robotic vehicle and solve practical tasks from the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence.

On the second day, the students immerse themselves in virtual worlds. They experience applications of extended reality (XR) for solutions in biomedical technology and for the robotics and mobility solutions of tomorrow. Participants playfully learn how human visual spatial perception works by creating their own stereoscopic images that they can view and take with them.

Who is it for?
Students from grade 9.
