In this 90-minute online workshop, communication scientist and editor Thilo Baum, author of "Immune to Nonsense" and "Information Literacy", will teach you the most important skills for recognizing false information and dealing with it safely.

Speaker

Thilo Baum is a communication scientist, journalist and author ("Komm zum Punkt!", "Die Kundenbrille" and others). He has been researching how to deal with misinformation since the coronavirus pandemic. In 2024, he published the book "Immun gegen Unsinn. Wie wir uns eine fundierte Meinung bilden" and in 2025 the workbook "Informationskompetenz. How to become resilient to manipulation". Thilo Baum is the founder of the Information Literacy Network.
