In this creative, interactive short workshop, we will look at the changes and challenges of the modern working world. Together, we will look at what constitutes change, how we have dealt with it so far and why curiosity, empathy and courage are particularly important today.
The Change Playground invites you to pause, change perspectives and consciously reflect on your own approach to change.

Anna Donato is a coach for team, leadership and personal development.
She accompanies teams and individuals creatively and interactively on their way to more collaboration, self-reflection and personal growth. As an expert in LEGO® Serious Play, she combines coaching methods with playful approaches.
