Abstract
This study conducts a comprehensive radiation qualification of the 28nm European FPGA, GateMate from Cologne Chip, focusing on its response to Single-Event Effects (SEEs) and Total Ionizing Dose (TID). The tests addressed the sensitivity of the different individual elements (SRAMs, FFs, LUTs, etc..) and evaluated the overall sensitivity of the FPGA using test circuits from the ITC99 Benchmark suite. The results of all tests are analyzed and compared with devices previously tested at CERN.
