Organizational management includes various initiatives to optimize internal structures and processes, including in the fields of sustainability, digital transformation, process & project management and e-government.

In perspective management, we bundle measures for the holistic support of our employees. We promote their professional and personal development through offers that are tailored to individual life events.

CSR Office/ Sustainability Management

The abbreviation CSR stands for "Corporate Social Responsibility" and refers to the responsibility of companies and organizations for their impact on society. This responsibility encompasses ecological, economic and social aspects of sustainable development.
We are a service unit that provides impetus to the university, makes existing sustainability at the university visible and plans and implements climate protection and climate adaptation measures.
