Participation in the bridge course is not compulsory, but is nevertheless recommended. We look forward to seeing you in person. So that you can be optimally provided with exercise materials etc., you must register via the above link by 09.09.25 at the latest!

The bridge course (in the morning) and the tutorial (in the afternoon) belong together, part 1 is more of a lecture, part 2 more of an exercise.

The bridge course enables you to refresh your basic mathematical knowledge and create a solid foundation for your upcoming studies. The following topics are covered:

  • Term conversion
  • Fractions, powers and logarithms
  • Percentage calculation
  • Equations and inequalities
  • Set theory
  • Functions and their properties (e.g. linear functions, polynomials, exponential function, logarithm)
  • Fundamentals of differential and integral calculus

In the afternoon, tutorials take place in different rooms. The groups are divided up in the bridge course.
