What is it about

How much time do we actually spend on the really important issues in our
(working) life? A "values-based" life is a life that is lived in accordance with our values and in which we make value-oriented decisions.

In this creative, interactive short workshop, you will dive deep into your own values: We reflect on what they mean to you, where you already live them - and, above all, where you see a need for optimization. You will learn how values can provide orientation, create clarity and serve as an inner compass - especially in times of uncertainty and change.

Aims of the workshop

  • Develop an understanding of how change works - personally, in teams and in organizations
  • Reflect on how you deal with uncertainty and change
  • Gain new ideas and perspectives for everyday working life
