Digital crash course for pupils

Fast facts

Information

Fachhochschule Dortmund offers interested pupils a crash course to get them started in the digital world: For three hours, fifth to tenth graders from all types of schools can not only learn to understand many central basics of computer science, but also apply them in practice.

At the Institute for the Digital Transformation of Application and Living Domains (IDiAL), pupils can use simple tools to build an AI-based sorting machine and experience and understand how artificial intelligence works at first hand. Finally, the acquired knowledge is put to the test - in an escape room to whose doors computer science knowledge is the key.

Participation is free of charge. No previous knowledge is necessary.
