Resource Architecture deals with questions such as
- How can we deal with social changes and climate change in the future?
- How can we deal with increasing vacancy rates?
- How can we develop strategies for low-energy and resource-saving building structures?
- What opportunities does the continued construction and conversion of our building stock offer?
Contemporary and sustainable architecture
The resource-conserving use of building materials and intelligent planning are particularly important in order to save as much energy as possible. This is where the Master's degree program in Resource Architecture comes in. It deals with socially and ecologically relevant topics and their impact on architecture. What strategies, concepts and solutions are there for contemporary and sustainable building?
Part-time study offers an exchange of practice and qualification
The Master's degree program Resource Architecture is designed as a four-semester, application-oriented part-time program. This allows you to pursue a career as close to architecture as possible alongside your studies. This allows intensive feedback with practice in architecture and planning offices. You can incorporate your professional knowledge and experience into your studies and at the same time review and apply the course content directly in practice.
The course is aimed in particular at prospective students who are already working successfully in practice and wish to gain further qualifications. The application orientation of the study program also includes cooperation and exchange with other universities as well as with companies and institutions from the Business Studies sector.
The course focuses on architecture and energy transition as well as architecture and demographic change.
