Key post-project strategies include public-private partnerships and income generation for financial self-resilience. Challenges like short-term funding, local capacity gaps, and bureaucratic hurdles necessities diversified funding and stronger local collaboration. The findings emphasize adaptive strategies, long-term planning, and partnerships to extend project impact, offering actionable insights for sustainable development projects.
