Successful concept development is a central building block for the establishment of sustainable and effective structures at the intersection of social work, municipal structures and early education and should be viewed from multiple perspectives - professional, institutional and structural. The workshop offers space for an exchange and reflection on the basic questions and conditions for success of concept development as well as an insight into practice in Dortmund.
