In testbed experiments on molecular communication, the injection method can significantly affect the results of the received signals. In this study, the effect of the injection flow rate on the uniform distribution of particles was investigated through 3D numerical simulations of a syringe injection in the direction of the background flow at three different flow rates. A low injection rate appears to have a negative effect on the overall propagation of the particle bolus.
