The "Practice-oriented studies" series of events supplements the compulsory program with the practical application of the course content. Speakers from the field provide an insight into selected problems from companies or report on their personal professional experiences.
Career prospects and the relevance of your studies
This series of events not only offers you the opportunity to explore your career prospects, but also to understand the direct application of your acquired knowledge and methods in practice. You will learn how theoretical concepts are applied in the business world and gain valuable insights into the interrelationships of business management processes.
Certificate for your special commitment
By regularly participating in selected events, such as guest lectures, the business event and open university events, you can secure the coveted "Practice-oriented studies" certificate after completing your studies. This certificate documents your outstanding commitment beyond your regular studies and provides a valuable addition to your application documents.
Qualify for the "Practice-oriented studies" certificate
Our aim is to offer you around 2-3 relevant courses each semester. To receive the certificate after successfully completing your Bachelor's degree, you should have attended a total of at least 10 courses or 75% of the courses offered during your studies. This demonstrates your sustained interest in practical application and in-depth understanding of business management concepts.
Simple documentation of your participation
To ensure smooth processing, we recommend that you print out and complete the "certificate of attendance" before the guest lecture. A member of staff at the University of Applied Sciences will then simply sign and/or stamp your attendance to confirm your successful participation. At the end of your studies, you submit the fully completed certificate of attendance to verify your regular attendance.
We are convinced that this series of events will enrich your studies and prepare you for a successful professional future. We look forward to welcoming you to our upcoming events.
