Rector Prof. Dr. Tamara Appel and Chancellor Svenja Stepper honored 55 employees of Fachhochschule Dortmund for their special commitment at a ceremony for "performance-related pay" (LOB).
The Rector and Chancellor thanked the employees from the faculties, institutes and administration for their very good performance with certificates and flowers. The LOB ceremony took place on March 31, 2025 in the Senate Hall on the Sonnenstrasse campus.
Introduced in 2011, "performance-related pay" has established itself as an important instrument from the perspective of the university management. The award is linked to a one-off performance bonus. Not only individuals were considered, but also special achievements by teams.
