We are committed to socially inclusive and sustainable urban (district) development.
Solidarity, justice & participation!
Our work focuses on Dortmund's Nordstadt district, where we contribute to living diversity and enabling equal opportunities by giving disadvantaged people in particular (many of them immigrants) a voice.
How do we do that?
Wide range of projects, e.g. in the areas of: Anti-discrimination, meeting and strengthening neighborhoods, open child and youth work, Nordstadt youth forum, conflict mediation, migration counseling and case management, language and integration support, practical research
How can you get involved?
Participation in events & formats such as Bürgerforum Nord trifft Süd, Jugendforum Nordstadt, activities in the Concordia neighborhood meeting place, support for our campaigns for social issues on social media

We advocate a change of perspective with regard to Dortmund's Nordstadt district. A great deal of integration work is being done here for the whole of Dortmund and the entire region, the successes and potential of which should be appreciated more and the challenges of which should be supported more!
