The scholarship day also provided information on the Fachhochschule Dortmund's Deutschlandstipendium scholarship.

Students and prospective students were able to find out about scholarships directly from scholarship providers at Fachhochschule Dortmund's "Scholarship Day" on May 14, 2025.

At exhibition stands in the foyer of the Sonnenstraße location, interested parties had the opportunity to talk to current scholarship holders from Germany's major scholarship organizations, the Aufstiegsstipendium and the Deutschlandstipendium at Fachhochschule Dortmund. They were also able to ask any questions they had about scholarships for their studies in Dortmund. The range of scholarships on offer is much larger than often thought, as the foundations offer various funding opportunities for students of all disciplines.

In addition to the direct representatives for the individual scholarships, contact persons from Fachhochschule Dortmund were on hand to counsel students on further support options such as international and doctoral funding or a successful scholarship application.

The Scholarship Day was organized by the Scholarship Advisory Service of the Central Student Advisory Services (ZSB) at Fachhochschule Dortmund. Participation was free of charge and possible without registration.

Applications for the Deutschlandstipendium(Opens in a new tab)  in the funding year 2025/26 are still possible until Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 12 noon!
