The Care Forum 2025 took place in Altena on September 24. Under the topic "The future of care - finding and retaining skilled workers", the participants learned a lot about the opportunities and risks in the care sector
In this context, Daniela Bristot and Ansgar Rahmacher (both from mpool consulting GmbH), as well as Marcel Mitas and Leon Sachweh (from IDiAL at Fachhochschule Dortmund) presented interesting and current findings on digital assistance systems from the "Di-PAS st" project (social participation in health and care through digital assistance systems).
During the presentation of exciting success stories in the care sector, Daniela Bristot was able to report on the experiences from the Di-PAS st project and give a brief overview of how the project staff can support care companies in the selection and use of digital assistance systems.
At their stand, Ansgar Rahmacher, Marcel Mitas and Leon Sachweh presented solutions for digital documentation (both by voice and text), VR glasses for the digital experience of landscapes and games to promote movement, as well as a variety of other technical developments.
The participants were very interested in how to make the care sector fit for the future and actively contributed their own insights.
As it is still possible to take part in the "Di-PAS st" project free of charge, some companies took the opportunity to find out more and take part in the project right at the venue.
Di-PAS st is a research project funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus in the Change in Work program (funding code WAN-1-0028).
