Planerladen gGmbH is dedicated to democratic urban planning and community work in Dortmund's Nordstadt district. The employees are committed and empathetic in counseling people with a migration background on a daily basis. The city walk shows participants safe places in Dortmund North and invites them to get to know the neighborhood in all its diversity.

"Active against right-wing extremism and for social integration" is the title of this year's day of action at the Faculty of Applied Social Studies. In addition to several Dortmund initiatives and projects, the emeritus sociologist Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Heitmeyer will be a guest speaker with the lecture "Right-wing threat alliances - The threat to democracy from the rise of authoritarian national radicalism". ADIRA stands for "Anti-discrimination advice and intervention in cases of anti-Semitism and racism". In her lecture, anti-discrimination consultant Sofia Sboui raises awareness of anti-Semitic statements in the university environment and invites people to exchange views.

This workshop aims to raise awareness and inform participants about the challenges and discrimination faced by the LGBTQAI+ community, with a particular focus on refugees and migrants. The event provides a comprehensive understanding of the intersectionality of LGBTIQA+ identities and the experiences of refugees. It is aimed at people with little previous experience in this field and will be led by the Head of Gender and LGBTQAI+.
