On December 10, 2025, Nargiza Mikhridinova successfully defended her dissertation on "Competence-Based Team Development for Software Engineering Projects: Comprehensive Competence Models" at the KU Leuven.
Her dissertation deals with improving current models for personnel planning in software development projects and finding more realistic criteria to improve the composition of project teams.
